About us

We provide:

  • Long Day Care (four centres)
  • Occasional Care
  • Family Day Care
  • Outside School Hours Care
  • Preschool
  • Early Childhood Speech Pathology

Our Long Day Care, Family Day Care and Outside School Hours Care services are licensed under the Education and Care National Regulations and Quality Standards. Occasional Care is licensed under the Education and Care Supplementary Provisions Regulation. Our Speech Pathologist is a certified practising Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia. We also have a centralised administration team, based at Campsie Head Office, to support these services and families.

We work in partnership with families to create environments where children have a strong sense of identity and belonging. We believe that each child has capacity to succeed, and all individuals have the right to be treated fairly and equally. We promote inclusion and participation of all children in our programs. We value and promote children's rights.

We respond to each individual child's unique strengths, abilities, knowledge and interests, and we extend children's learning by provoking, challenging and guiding them. Our safe, stimulating and nurturing environments enable children to expand their thinking and learning through play and encourage their sense of being.

Our programs support children's learning and skill development in all domains and with all ages while providing specific educational programs for our preschool aged children.

For more about each individual service open the appropriate tab and watch a virtual tour of the centres, or a video for family day care. For any further information contact our Manager Children's Services on 9789 9429.

Please be aware that under NSW Health legislation your child is unable to attend any service without the necessary immunisation history statement.

Long Day Cares

Our four children's centres provide full time or part time education and care for children aged from six weeks to six years. Each team is diverse, with members of various cultures and languages representative of the local community. All educators are qualified and experienced including two Early Childhood Teacher positions within each team. Each centre also has a qualified cook preparing nutritional meals on the premises with an accredited rotating menu.

The indoor and outdoor environments are home-like and largely natural, promoting children's wellbeing as well as environmentally sustainable practices. Educators thoughtfully create learning spaces that nurture children's curiosity and invite them to engage, investigate, experiment, explore, revisit and learn through play. Our educational programs encompass the whole child. Educators program for and guide children through learning experiences that encompass visual arts and creativity, music and movement, science and mathematics, language and literacy, technology, social justice, and health and wellbeing.

Children's learning is documented using the National Early Years Learning Framework.

We value reciprocal trusting relationships with families and endeavour to build strong connections with each child and family as well as local communities which further contributes to meaningful outcomes for all children.

Located in different suburbs and communities of our City, each centre is also unique in certain aspects and you can explore these on their separate sites.

Centres operate from 7am to 6pm for 49 weeks of the year.
