Clause 4.6 register

On 21 February 2018, the NSW Government’s Department of Planning, Industry and Environment issued Planning System Circular PS 18-003 Variation to Development Standards. The Circular requires a publicly available online register of all variations to development standards approved by the consent authority or its delegates is to be established and maintained.

The information below is for properties in the Budjar / Canterbury and Bunmarra / Roselands Wards (the former Canterbury Council).

Council is pleased to offer you an online service that will enable you to track the progress of development applications, construction certificates, complying development applications and subdivision certificates from the time of lodgement to determination. This service applies to applications submitted from 1 July 2010 and from 1 July 2006-30 June 2010.

The Community Participation Plan establishes how Council engages with the community in carrying out its land use planning functions such as the assessment and determination of development applications, planning proposals, development control plan amendments and contributions plans.
