People Strategy
Council needs to ensure we have the right people with the right skills to get things done and reach our goals.
The People Strategy is a four-year plan showing how Council will shape its workforce so that it has the capacity and capability to provide day-to-day services, and achieve our objectives and goals.
To help create a great City that we love, Council will:
- Elevate leaders to be capable, confident, and accountable to our community;
- Transform our culture to be purpose led;
- Level up our people to make great happen for our community; and
- Optimise our services to create a better customer experience.
