Paperless lodgement of applications

Computer USBFrom 8 October 2019, we will be introducing a more efficient and faster Development Application process, with all applications and plans to be submitted as PDFs on a USB. We will also advise you on the outcome of your DA by email.

This change applies to:

  • All Development Applications;
  • Applications to Modify Consents (s4.55 applications);
  • Review of Determination (s8.2 applications);
  • Construction Certificates;
  • Complying Development Certificates; and
  • Building Information Certificates.

Applications for Subdivision Certificates will continue to be received in paper format and privately issued certificates will remain optional.
