How works may affect you

During construction, Ruse Park will be partially closed.

Access through the park will be maintained where possible.

There may be temporary noise and increased vehicle movement in the area.

We will make every effort to minimise disruption where possible.

Thank you for your understanding as we work on this important upgrade for our community.

The new bridge will be built in a strategically improved location to provide a safe and reliable crossing, enhancing pedestrian access between Ruse Park and Hoskins Reserve.

When will works occur?

Works are expected to start late May and are expected to be completed late July 2026, weather permitting. Construction hours will be between 7am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
