Register to attend a compulsory Stallholder Application Briefing in November 2025.

We will soon open Expressions of Interest (EOI) applications from food-based vendors and businesses who would like to operate a stall at Lakemba Nights during Ramadan 2026. Council encourages applications from potential stallholders that will add to the authenticity, diversity, vibrancy and safety of the event. Please note that non-food items cannot be sold at Lakemba Nights during Ramadan 2026.

Council will conduct compulsory Stallholder Application Briefing sessions. Applicants must attend one of these three sessions, to be held at Lakemba Senior Citizens Centre, on

  • Wednesday 12 November, 6.30-7.30pm – event finished
  • Wednesday 19 November 6.30-7.30pm – event finished

These briefings are to ensure all vendors and businesses interested in submitting an EOI application for Lakemba Nights during Ramadan 2026 can better understand the event, stallholder operations and fee structure.

The Stallholder Application Briefing is a mandatory information session and must be attended by the person whose name will be on the EOI application (the EOI applicant). EOI applications will not be accepted from applicants who have not attended. If the applicant is unable to attend on any of the above three dates, please send a representative and advise Council staff on the night.

A link to the EOI form will be provided to those who attend the briefing.

Places at the briefings are limited. Registrations will close when the sessions fill up.
