Justice of the Peace service Lakemba

JP services are available at Lakemba Library on Mondays. Please call the branch library to confirm.

Mondays, 10-11:30am

Justice of the Peace are volunteers appointed by the Governor of New South Wales. The primary roles of a JP are to witness a person making a statutory declaration or affidavit, and to certify copies of original documents. JPs come from all sections of the community and are available across NSW.

NSW Justices of the Peace volunteer their services at our libraries. As this service is performed by volunteers, we encourage you to contact the library branch before visiting with your documents to ensure that the JP is available.

JPs are also available at other locations across the state of NSW. To find a local JP outside the times listed below, click here.
