CBCity is hosting a variety of events to support our community during Mental Health Month in October.
Why not try out laughter yoga? This movement and breathing exercise aims to cultivate joy, bring out your inner child and help you let go of stresses in your daily life.

Get your picnic blanket and popcorn ready for starlit cinema this spring.
First up – we’re showing Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire at Gough Whitlam Park in Earlwood on Saturday 5 October.
Make sure you get there from 5pm to enjoy games, activities, a DJ and an inflatable obstacle course before the movie starts around 7.30pm.
