Click and Collect

​Canterbury Bankstown City Library Service is delighted to offer  a Click and Collect Service from 18 May 2020 as we transition to stage one of the three-step plan to reopen Australia after COVID-19. This service is available for all library members of our community at nine Council Branch Libraries as libraries remain closed.

You may contact your local library to reserve items, or you can visit our Library Catalogue at to reserve items. Our friendly library staff will locate the items for you and contact you when they are ready for pick up.

Library staff will are following national guidelines for public health and the NSW Health guidelines to ensure this service is controlled and delivered as safely to you as possible. 

We ask that the public follow these guidelines when collecting their items:​

  • Maintain social distancing;

  • Making this service a contactless transaction; and

  • Leave after you collect your items.​

In the meantime, you are still able to access the library eResource and online programs at



eResources eLibrary is convenient and easy to use. It's available 24/7, and delivered straight to your computer, smart phone, iPad, tablet, iPod or MP3 player.
