Campsie Library's children's collection and area are one of the largest in our library service.
Please note: children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian with them at all times inside our libraries.

Find Legal Answers is a FREE legal information service for the people of NSW. It is a partnership between NSW public libraries and the State Library of NSW.
Legal information is provided via the Find Legal Answers website and legal collections in public libraries, including Campsie Library. All NSW library services hold the Find Legal Answers Tool Kit, a collection of plain English books answering everyday questions about the law.

There are 23 public computers - all you need is your Canterbury-Bankstown Library card and PIN to log in!
- Three computers are limited to 30 minutes use only.

There are an additional two computers only for searching the library catalogue.
Our FREE Justice of the Peace (JP) service at Campsie Library is available every Wednesday, 10am-1pm.
No bookings needed! Just make sure all your documents are ready and photocopied before getting your ticket number for the queue.
JPs can: witness a person making a statutory declaration or affidavit, and to certify copies of original documents.
JPs cannot: assist or write in a statutory declaration or affidavit and provide you with legal advice.
Rooms at Campsie Library can be booked for your events, meetings and study use for a fee.

Getting here
How to get to Campsie Library and Knowledge Centre:
There is 3-hour FREE parking in the Campsie Centre car park.
There are two entrances to the underground car park: Evaline Street and Amy Street.
Campsie Station is located on the Sydney Metro Southwest Line between Sydenham and Bankstown. Campsie Station is a short 5-minute walk to the library.
Campsie Station is currently closed while the T3 Bankstown Line is converted to the Metro. It will re-open in late 2026.
The Southwest Link buses SW3 or SW1 service this route.
Bus routes to and from numerous suburbs travel along Beamish Street, Campsie.
Alight near Beamish St and walk a short distance to Campsie Library and Knowledge Centre on Amy Street.
There are bike racks just outside the doors of Campsie Library on Amy Street.
Please note that bikes, e-bikes, scooters and e-scooters are not permitted inside the library.
Bike riding is a fun, active and environmentally friendly way to travel.
Enjoy the Cooks River cycle way from Rhodes to Tempe, providing a traffic-free trip to Campsie.
An exciting once-in-a-generation project coming to Campsie and will be Campsie Library's new home.
