Wiradjuri Language for Beginners: Incorporating Language, Culture and Heritage

The Wiradjuri Language for Beginners program is traditionally taught through story, song, art and direct instruction, using a variety of resources and activities. 

Every Wednesday during school term, check class times.

Three different weekly classes will be offered for different age groups. 

Adults 18 years +Primary school ageHigh school age
11am - noon3.30-4.30pm4.30-5.30pm

Suitability: Classes are suitable for school age children and adults, both non-Indigenous and Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Come and join us for a film screening of Rabbit Proof Fence followed by questions and answers in a group setting with Barbara, CBCity’s First Nations Community Development Officer, and Aunty Lyn Martin.
