Canterbury-Bankstown Libraries, in collaboration with Sydney Local Health District, are offering a FREE 12-hour course that will teach you the signs and symptoms of common mental health illnesses.
This course is led by licensed Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) instructors who will teach you how to help someone who may be experiencing mental health problems.

This course will be split across four weeks, in three-hour sessions. You must attend all four sessions at the one location to receive your certificate at the end of the course.
This course will also be delivered in Mandarin at Campsie and Riverwood libraries.
