First all-families program with NSW Health and would love to invite your community to a free, all-ages program at The Crest this September
1-22 September, 4-5pm
NSW Health will run practical sessions for parents and carers on being active and living a healthy lifestyle, while AFL coaches look after the kids with fun footy games and skills so adults can fully participate.
Healthy snacks are included.
