FREE advanced Tai Chi classes for seniors is available every week during school term at Campsie Library.
Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that improves your flexibility, strength and balance. People over 55 years are welcome to join the class!
Term 2 of Tai Chi will start on Tuesday 29 April. It will finish on Tuesday 1 July. Bookings are now open.
