Amendments
1 | At its Ordinary Meeting of 24 May 2022, Council resolved to adopt amendments to the Canterbury-Bankstown Development Control Plan 2023 (Chapter 8.3) in relation to 167 Hume Highway, Greenacre. The amendments came into effect on 28 July 2023, which is the date the LEP Amendment was published on the NSW legislation website. |
2 | At its Ordinary Meeting of 23 May 2023, Council resolved to adopt amendments to the Canterbury-Bankstown Development Control Plan 2023 (Chapter 11.12) in relation to 445 Canterbury Road, Campsie. The amendments came into effect on 25 August 2023, which is the date the LEP Amendment was published on the NSW legislation website. |
3 | At its Ordinary Meeting of 24 October 2023, Council resolved to adopt amendments to the Canterbury-Bankstown Development Control Plan 2023 (Chapter 11.13) in relation to the former WSU Campus, Milperra. The amendments came into effect on 14 June 2024, which is the date the LEP Amendment was published on the NSW legislation website. |
4 | At its Ordinary Meeting of 23 July 2024, Council resolved to adopt housekeeping amendments to the Canterbury-Bankstown Development Control Plan 2023. The amendments came into effect on 6 August 2024. |
5 | At its Ordinary Meeting of 26 November 2024, Council resolved to adopt amendments to the Canterbury-Bankstown Development Control Plan 2023 (Chapter 6.2) in relation to the Bankstown City Centre. The amendments came into effect on 27 November 2024. |
6 | At its Ordinary Meeting of 26 November 2024, Council resolved to adopt amendments to the Canterbury-Bankstown Development Control Plan 2023 in relation to the new employment zones. The amendments came into effect on 17 April 2025. |
