This Plan is the first of this type for CBCity and will be used by Council to inform planning, funding and prioritisation for the delivery of Council’s community infrastructure. 

It will also inform where Council will look for opportunities with its external partners for provision of new facilities, including shared used of facilities, to ensure it meets demand from the existing and incoming population.
