Campsie Customer Service Centre is moving
From Monday 20 July, Campsie Customer Service Centre will be at Campsie Library and Knowledge Centre
This is a temporary move while we build the new Campsie Hub, which will be the new home of Campsie Customer Service Centre when it is completed.
All services will be the same, except that we will not be able to accept cash at the library. Please use another method of payment.
The Customer Service Centre at Campsie Library and Knowledge Centre will be open from Monday 20 July:
- Monday to Friday
- 9:30am-3pm

Frequently asked questions
The Campsie Administration Building where the Customer Service Centre is located will soon be demolished to make way for the brand-new Campsie Hub. When the Campsie Hub is completed, the Customer Service Centre will move in on the ground floor.
Yes, the Customer Service Centre at the library will offer the same services. You’ll still be able to pay rates, complete forms, pick up keys and more. The only difference is that we will no longer accept cash.
We will still accept the other forms of payment, such as credit and debit cards, personal/business cheques and money orders.
