Virginia and her father Luigi are passionate ambassadors of Southern Italian cuisine, known for bringing generations of tradition to life through hands-on cooking experiences.
In this special gnocchi-making session for adults, they share the art of creating pillowy, handmade gnocchi from scratch - just as it has been done in their family for decades. Virginia, a hospitality professional with a string background in education and food culture, creates welcoming and enriching culinary experiences. Luigi, originally from Sicily, draws on his deep-rooted knowledge of regional techniques to guide participants through the process.
As a part of the class, guests will receive two cherished traditional sauce recipes that beautifully compliment gnocchi. This immersive experience offers a taste of Italy's heart and heritage- one dish at a time.
