Nature Strip Gardens Policy and Guidelines
The Nature Strip Gardens Policy outlines the requirements and expectations for residents to manage a nature strip garden adjacent to their property.
It covers the application process, the roles and responsibilities, insurance and the removal of nature strip gardens. The Guidelines include a checklist to be completed by residents before undertaking any Nature Strip Gardening activities.
The Policy and Guidelines demonstrate Council's commitment to supporting residents to plant and maintain nature strip gardens in accordance to the requirements.
The Policy is aligned to the Clean and Green destination of the Community Strategic Plan CBCity 2036.
