Introducing the City of Canterbury Bankstown’s newly established Design Review Panel, a consortium of seasoned experts specialising in architecture, urban design, and landscape architecture.
The panel offers pre-DA advice and comprehensive guidance for a range of developments.
By providing early-stage recommendations, the Panel aims to streamline the Development Application process, minimising the need for post-application alterations. This proactive approach saves you valuable time and money.
Council’s Director of Planning, Andy Sharp, emphasised the panel’s role in achieving great outcomes in alignment with the new Canterbury-Bankstown Local Environmental Plan's Design Excellence clause.
“Our mission is to make CBCity liveable and loveable,” Mr Sharp said.
“We’re encouraging our community to create beautiful buildings and places that are welcoming, vibrant and people focussed.
Join us as we strive to enrich the beauty and practicality of our built environment through deliberate and thoughtful design.”
