You can request to promote your event via Council's What's On calendar.

To submit an event, please read our Event Submission Guidelines and fill out our online form. Council will not accept events that occur outside our City, or are primarily designed to advertise a business or commercial activity (e.g. a sale, or business advertisement).

Please note:

• ​All relevant information must be received at least 7 days prior to the scheduled event
• it is the responsibility of the event organisers, not Council, to ensure information provided is accurate, and they are in a position to answer any enquiries
