Employees receive 15 days paid sick leave per year, with pro-rata available for part-time employment.

Employees can receive a Council-funded flu shot each year.
Employee Assistance Program
Employees and their immediate family have access to six FREE visits with a professional and confidential counselling service to assist in dealing with problems and issues of either a personal or work related nature.

Council has a strong focus on the Work, Health and Safety of all our employees. We provide quality training, Personal Protection Equipment and have WHS committees representing staff across the organisation to ensure staff have a safe working environment.
