Mindfulness journaling workshop Community Event
Bring your favourite journal and pens for a special World Mental Health Day workshop guided by writer and mindfulness teacher Walter Mason.
Saturday 10 October, 10-11.30am
He will guide us through gentle writing exercises for an hour, inspired by the garden and surrounds.
Afterwards, we’ll serve morning tea. If you come earlier from 8.30am, you’re welcome to help out in the garden beforehand.
This activity is aimed at adults, but mature children are welcome to attend with adult supervision.
This is a free workshop and we will be collecting donations for Lifeline Australia on behalf of the garden if you’d like to donate on the morning.
