Join Rosemary Gattuso, Sydney based author of It’s Not You, It’s Me!, family mediator and couples counsellor in an engaging talk about her Italian heritage.
Thursday 16 October, 6-7.30pm
Rosemary Gattuso is a Sydney-based family mediator, couples counsellor, and author of It’s Not You, It’s Me!
Join us for this engaging session where Rosemary shares how growing up between cultures instilled in her a deep belief in resilience and reflection, drawing on the wisdom found in Italian expressions and sayings she grew up with. Sayings like piano piano va lontano(slowly, slowly, you go far), volere è potere (where there’s a will, there’s a way), and sbagliando si impara (we learn by making mistakes) weren’t just phrases - they were life lessons.
She will discuss her connection to Italy and how her cultural background continues to shape her work and way of seeing the world.
Join us for this special talk where so many will reconnect with sayings they grew up with.
Light Italian refreshments will be provided.
