Author Talk: Rosemary Gattuso

Join author, Rosemary Gattuso, of Tell Someone Who Cares - Balancing the Ups and Downs of Caring for Someone You Love for National Carers Week.

Wednesday 14 October, 10:30am-noon

Caring for someone you love can be one of life's most meaningful roles, but it can also be overwhelming, confusing and emotionally exhausting.

Join author Rosemary Gattuso as she explores the realities of caring for our loved ones, such as challenges, emotions and lessons that come with the role. It’s an experience shared by millions of Australians but one that is rarely discussed openly.

While there are no quick fixes or easy answers, Rosemary will discuss the key themes of her work, including how carers have often lacked the language to describe their experiences, practical guidance for navigating caregiving and reassurance that the feelings they experience are understandable and valid.

Rosemary Gattuso is a Sydney-based trauma-informed family mediator, couples counsellor and restorative justice practitioner with over 15 years’ experience. She is the author of It’s Not You, It’s Me: A Chronic Overthinker’s Guide to Self-Reflection.

This is a FREE talk open for people of all ages. The talk will run for 45 minutes, followed by a Q&A session.
