Instructions, prize and information on how to enter the Win a kid's birthday party are outlined in the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
- Participants must submit their full name, contact phone number and a valid email address to be eligible to enter.
- Participants must be at least 18 years old to enter.
- Councillors, Council employees and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents siblings) are ineligible to enter.
- The competition is limited to one entry per person.
- Entrants acknowledge that by subscribing to Council eNews they agree to have their name disclosed on Council’s corporate social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter) and eNewsletter for marketing and publicity purposes.
How to enter
Competition time frames are as follows:
- The entry link to subscribe to Councils eNews is available via cb.city/WIN
- The Competition commences at 9am on Monday 7 July 2025 and closes at 11.59pm on Sunday 14 September 2025.
- Winners will be announced at 12pm on Tuesday 16 September 2025.
- Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will not be considered.
- Council reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence), and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, or who tampers with the entry process.
- Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Council’s discretion.
- Offensive, incomplete, inappropriate, late or lost entries will not be considered.
- Any entries submitted with false information will be discarded.
Prize
- The prize is 1 voucher for a Play Centre Exclusive party package from Morris Iemma Indoor Sports Centre, valued at $790.
- Prize can be collected from Council’s Bankstown Customer Service Centre or sent via mail.
- Prize must be claimed within 30 days of the winner being contacted.
- The prize is valid 12 months from date of issue.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
General
Any promotional details written about the competition form part of the rules, and entry constitutes acceptance of these rules.
Winner selection and announcement
- The winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries and will be communicated via social media, and the winner will also be contacted via phone and/or email.
- 1 winner will receive a Play Centre Exclusive party package from Morris Iemma Indoor Sports Centre, valued at $790.
- If we are unable to contact the winner within 72 hours on the telephone number and/or email address provided on their entry form, that contestant forfeits their prize, and the prize will be randomly selected from the compliant entries.
- The outcome of the competition is final. No correspondence relating to the selection will be entered into.
- By entering, participants agree to have their name used in promotional materials, including the Council’s eNews newsletter and social media.
Privacy
Data Use: Personal data collected will be used solely for this promotion and will not be shared with third parties. All personal information collected in connection with this competition is managed in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW).
By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection, use, and storage of their personal information for the purposes of this promotion and for subscribing to the Council’s eNews newsletter and having their name shared on Council’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram and/or Twitter) and in the eNewsleter.
Council will not share participants' personal information with third parties that are otherwise not noted above unless required by law.

General conditions
- Competition Details: Any promotional details about the competition form part of the rules, and entry constitutes acceptance of the rules.
- Changes: The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.
Copyright and moral rights
- Ownership: Entrants warrant that they are the owner of all copyright in their entry.
- License: Entrants grant Council a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, exclusive, and irrevocable license to use the entry for any legal purpose, including but not limited to marketing and promotional activities.
Disclaimer and release
- Liability: Council accepts no liability for any claims of intellectual property infringement or moral rights related to an entry to the extent permitted by law.
- Release: The entrant agrees to release Council from any claims concerning infringement and moral rights related to their entry.
