A free three-month program which provides you with motivation and support to be physically active, regardless of your current ability.
Wednesdays, 11 March 11 to 1 June, 11:30am-1pm
The program includes one-to-one action planning with an activity coach and eight coach-led group meetings where you can learn about various health topics and connect with others.
This is a partnership with: CBCity, The University of Sydney, Institute for Musculoskeletal Health and Share Inc.
