Indian Jungle Dance Safari - POSTPONED
Explore the jungles of South India in this unique, movement-based adventure. Puppets, props and music are used to encourage creativity and to craft an Indian safari-inspired dance.

Multi Sports
Take some time to learn basic rules and practice your techniques in a few different net-based sport games such as volleyball, newcomb ball, light volleyball, dodgeball, badminton, table tennis and more. The beauty of Multi Sports Day is that the clinics are simple by nature and can be played by people of all ages and abilities. Put your skills into practise with our mini games once you have learnt the skills.

Ball Sports Day

Hands on Ukuleles
Get hands on with a ukulele with Tom Hardings. Tom's passion for this amazingly portable instrument is infectious, and his ability to involve everybody is incredible. Along with the hands-on experience, children will learn some facts about the ukulele and how many styles of music including disco, funk, pop and jazz sound great when these four strings are played by Tom.

Children's Centres

Our Vacation Care program offers plenty of choice for parents and is an inexpensive way to keep their children active during the break. We host an action-packed program of activities at our Children's Centres, for children aged between five and 12 years. Some of the activities which take place include:

  • Planetarium;
  • SkyPeak;
  • Foosball;
  • Mini Olympics;
  • Bollywood;
  • Sports; and 
  • Art workshops.

Parents are advised to pack the following for their children to bring with them:

  • Nutritious lunch and drink;
  • Hat, sunscreen; and 
  • Comfortable clothes and shoes.

This program is for children, so getting dirty is part of having fun!

Other activities

Canterbury-Bankstown is always hosting fun events for young people! These include dance parties, camps and mini Olympics activities. Other activities are recreational in nature with fantastic health benefits, like Zumba.

We also often host educational sessions over the summer holidays; ranging from safer driving classes, swimming lessons, classes for parents, and trips to museums or gardening. You can learn a life skill or simply meet new people.
