Work permit & damage inspection bookings
You can now request work permit and damage inspection using the form on this page
Following receipt of a Council-approved work permit, this applies to pre-pour (or formwork) inspections, stormwater inspections, final inspections and footpath (and roadway) damage inspections.
For all work permit inspections, you must provide:
- An approved work permit number issued by Council
- A compliant certificate of currency for public liability insurance cover ($20 million minimum)
If you do not have a Council-approved work permit, you will need to submit an online application via Work Permit Forms.
To request a booking, please complete this form and press SUBMIT at the bottom of the page. All booking requests must be submitted a minimum of two business days before the requested inspection date. This form is a request only and we will contact you to confirm.
