This FREE course is for carers and seniors who want to meet new people, build connections and improve their wellbeing.

Are you a carer or older person looking to make the most of everyday life?
Join us for a FREE eight-week course designed to help you build meaningful connections and enhance your wellbeing.
Meet new people, share experiences and be part of a friendly, supportive and inclusive group. The course will be delivered by Jane Massa from Sydney Local Health District. Light refreshments will be provided.
Bookings are essential.
