Councillor and Staff Interaction Policy
The Councillor and Staff Interaction Policy provides Council with a framework for Councillors when interacting with authorised staff.
It aims at assisting both Councillors and staff in establishing positive and effective work relationships and in completing their duties professionally and ethically.
This Policy demonstrates Council's commitment to maintaining transparent decision making and good governance arrangements by offering five principles to Councillors and staff interactions.
The Policy is aligned to the Leading and Engaged destination of the Community Strategic Plan CBCity 2036.
