We’re taking young people to AAPES Parkour for a fun and active beginner parkour workshop.
You’ll learn basic parkour moves in a safe indoor gym, play games , and challenge yourself with help from of skilled coaches.
No experience needed, just bring comfy clothes, closed shoes, and a positive attitude.
A great way to stay active, try something new, and have fun with friends!
