The City of Canterbury Bankstown will be holding a smoking ceremony on Friday 26 February 2021, to celebrate the start of construction on Greater Sydney’s newest water splash park.

Taking up residence in Roberts Park, in the heart of Greenacre, the splash park has been designed to be a place for families to come together, have fun and keep cool.

It is set to feature Australia’s first mega splash four-dump bucket concept, as well as a network of dynamic water spray and play elements.

This exciting new play space, estimated to open late 2021, will also provide an open garden area with barbecues and family-sized picnic shelters, giving everyone easy access to weekend fun, close to home in Western Sydney.
