It’s music, it’s food, it’s interactive and it’s super fun!
If you’re looking for fun things to do during the chilly winter months, let us entertain you! There’s no need to stay at home snuggled on the couch in your favourite trackies waiting for the beach weather to return.
Why not make the most of the beautiful winter in our city and let the tunes of our best local musos brighten up your day?
CBCity has pulled together some great activities, art installations, food trucks and a variety of fantastic musicians who’ll be performing just for you. Indulge in fun-filled weeks of entertainment; pull up a chair (or a beanbag if you prefer!) grab a coffee or something delicious from your favourite café and enjoy!
Winter is a great time to visit Bankstown and, if you’re a local, it’s the perfect time to rediscover everything that’s so special about the future CBD Cultural Precinct.
As part of our CBD Revitalisation Project, we’ve partnered with local community groups, performers, artists and businesses to bring people back to the streets to help post-lockdown recovery.
“Many of our small businesses are still doing it tough, so our Bankstown Winter Weekends program is a great way to bring people back to the CBD and enjoy everything our city has to offer. It’s also a great excuse to get your family or friends together and who doesn’t love free entertainment? I hope to see you there!”
