Toni Cronk

Toni is a leading international goal keeper who has played more than 100 games for Australia. Her quick reflexes and tenacious attitude make her a formidable opponent and world class athlete. Toni has become a regular in the Hockeyroos line up and a member of three Olympics Games squads - Athens, Beijing and London. She has also worn the green and gold at two Commonwealth Games in 2006 and 2010 winning gold in both games.

Beginnings

Toni grew up in the district and resided in Padstow. She attended Padstow Park Primary and East Hills Girls Technical High School. In 1991 at the age of eleven Toni would start playing hockey with the Junior hockey club (Revesby Workers). In 1996, at the age of 16 Toni would take a year off hockey to pursue her love of soccer but returned to the game the following year.

Achievements

In 2001 Toni was selected to represent Australia in the test series against New Zealand following her standout performance at the Junior World Cup.

Post Representation

Toni continues to combine her professional career with study and representing Australia in Hockey.
