Keep Mob Fit & Healthy

Our Keep Mob Fit & Healthy classes provide an opportunity for all ages to connect with others and focus on your health and wellbeing

Mondays during school term, starting 13 October, 10.30am-12.30pm

Each week will include morning tea, a 1-hour gentle exercise class, some healthy snacks and time to connect with others.

This term’s classes will be entry level strength-based physical exercise. Strength training offers numerous benefits, including increased muscle strength and endurance, improved bone density, enhanced metabolism and a boost in overall fitness. It can also protect joints, improve balance and reduce the risk of falls, contributing to better quality of life and independence.

Suitability: This program is suitable for both Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander and non-Indigenous peoples. This program is also suitable for attendees of all ages.
