Bankstown Bites Food Festival will celebrate its 15th anniversary on Saturday 27 July 2019, bringing life, colour and thousands of foodies to the streets of Bankstown.
The popular event will feature Celebrity Chef
Matt Sinclair, cooking demonstrations, children's activities and workshops, a licensed area, food tours, live music and a variety of exciting food trucks and stalls showcasing the rich culinary flavours of Bankstown.

Matt Sinclair will headline this year's event.
Matt Sinclair, who finished runner-up in the eighth season of MasterChef Australia, is set to cook up a storm, when he takes to the main kitchen at the festival on Saturday 27 July.
Since his appearance on MasterChef, Mr Sinclair has gone on to open his own restaurant with three mates, called
Sum Yung Guys, has his own Cooking show on Channel 10 called
The Cooks Pantry, and was a mentor on the latest season of MasterChef.
While his career has taken him all around the world, the talented chef hails from the neighbouring Sutherland Shire.

You don't need a passport to go on this culinary whirlwind through cultures in Bankstown.Included restaurants:Pho Sua Restaurant, Valley View Continental Groceries and Spices, Miami Pizza, Jenkins Cake Shop and Cafe Nho

Bankstown Arts Centre is excited to be hosting The Art Market, a one-off artist market that will showcase a diverse collection of artworks by Artists both local and further afield.
This exciting event offers a unique opportunity for the public to support local Artists by purchasing work directly from the makers.
The Art Market runs alongside the annual Bankstown Bites Festival.

WalkingThe festival is walking distance from the major shopping precincts, including Bankstown Centro and Bankstown City Plaza. It is also centrally located in thriving Bankstown, so residents from all around can easily access all of the fun on the day by foot.
