An outstanding fifteen year international basketball career, Damian wore the green and gold on more than 200 occasions including representation at three Olympics. During his distinguished career he captained the Bankstown Bruins and was known for his toughness, defence, leadership and a lethal three point shot.

Beginnings
Damian was born in Melbourne and was selected in from 1980 as a member of Australian Junior Team to tour NZ and USA respectively. He graduated from Melbourne University with a Commerce degree. His qualifications were utilised while at the Bankstown Bruins where he was employed as their Development Officer.
Achievements
Damien competed for Australia in the World Championships in 1982 and also represented Australia at the Olympics in 1984 and 1988. His work has been acknowledged with his inclusion into the NBL Hall of Fame and the NSW Sports Hall of Champions.
In 2011 Damian Three-O' Keogh as he known in his playing days made a short return to Basketball and participated in the NBL Heritage Round and to celebrate the history of the Sydney Kings.
Post Representation
Post retirement from basketball, Damian participated in the Sydney Olympic Games bid team and then as a marketing consultant to SOCOG.
He joined the Seven Network, in 1997 and by 2000 was promoted to General Manager of Sports Marketing for the Network. Currently Damian is the Chief Executive Officer of Val Morgan, Cinema Advertising Company.
