If your bin has not been collected

Council is commencing an extensive communications campaign for all residents. The following letters have been sent to specific households and businesses from 11 January.
Every household has been provided with bins for their own waste and recycling needs.
Placing anything in a neighbour's bin is unfair and can cause problems in the recycling system.
If you have too much waste or recycling for a single bin collection you could:
- Ask your neighbour to use their bin and be careful to use the right one - red, yellow or green
- Store your waste for the next collection
- Take the extra waste to a transfer station
If you frequently exceed the capacity of your existing waste collection service, you can get additional collection services for your rubbish (red lid), recycling (yellow lid) or garden waste (green lid) bins.
