Free dog microchipping

Council is offering FREE dog microchipping for residents.

Saturday 20 July, 9am-2pm

Canterbury-Bankstown Animal Control Officers will be offering FREE dog microchipping on 20 July at Band Hall Reserve, Ferrier Road, Birrong.

Animal Control Officers will also be able to scan your dog for its existing microchip and update details for you.

  • No booking required
  • Dogs are to be on leash at all times
  • This service is available to Canterbury-Bankstown residents only (proof of residency required)

If you have a cat you wish to have microchipped, please reach out to our Animal Control Officers on the day to arrange a home visit.
