By-laws are being increasingly used to manage waste issues and illegal dumping in apartment blocks.

By-laws can be used to regulate everything from, showing new tenants around the building to recouping costs from illegal dumpers.

To help increase awareness on how to utilise by-laws, the City of Canterbury Bankstown has partnered with strata expert Amanda Farmer to develop a series of template by-laws that can be used to better manage waste issues in your building.

To receive these FREE template valued at over $3,000, complete a request form.

Please note only buildings within the City of Canterbury Bankstown are eligible to receive the free templates.

Note that each file must not exceed 5MB in size. If you are uploading more than one file, you must not exceed 10MB in total. Only jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, docx files are allowed.
