How to raise funds

• Schools can create a myTOMRA account using the schools Pay Pal account. This will then generate a barcode that can be scanned at any Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) across NSW.
  
• By photocopying and sharing this barcode the community can donate the money from the containers straight to the school without the containers ever entering school grounds.
  

• Donation partners are listed on the reverse vending machines for everyone in the community to donate to. Listings on the machine will last for 13 weeks.
  

Frequently asked questions

• Bulka bags – these are lightweight, easy to move and flexible allowing for bags of containers to be loaded into cars and delivered to collection points.
• Wheelie bins – a wheelie bin will hold approximately 250 containers. While these are very easy for collecting containers they are difficult to transport and store( containers should be stored securely to prevent bin divers).
  Both of these are available for purchase online or at large hardware stores

• No, the waste services at schools are arranged by the principle and not provided by the council.
  

• Bulk processing centres, allow for the processing of large number of containers without having to individually place them into the RMV. The closet centres are:
