Trolleys are the property of the store they are from and need to be reported to the correct company for collection, please take note of the company name on the trolley you wish to report.

How to report

Trolleys belonging to:

  • Woolworths, Big W, Dan Murphy's, Ikea (Tempe), Food for Less or Flemings can be reported online
  • Coles, Kmart, Target and First Choice Liquor can be reported online
  • Bunnings can be reported by calling 1300 554 777
  • Aldi can be reported by calling 13 ALDI (13 25 34) or online
  • Unbranded trolleys can be reported to Council, by calling 9707 9000 or online at cb.city/reportit

Responsibilities of retailers

The responsibilities of retailers to manage trolleys are outlined in the Code of Practice for the Management of Shopping Trolleys.

If you are unhappy with the level of service supplied a particular store, we have created a complaint template requesting that they do better in regards to their trolley management.
