​You can make your payment via credit card through our Online Pay​ment Portal.

​Pay over the phone or online through your bank. Biller Code is 121285. 

In person

Payment can be made by credit card (Mastercard or Visa*), debit card (EFTPOS) or cheque.

Visit our Bankstown or Campsie Customer Service Centres:

  • Bankstown Customer Service Centre, 66-72 Rickard Road, Bankstown between 9am-4pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Campsie Customer Service Centre, 137 Beamish St, Campsie between 9am-4​pm Monday to Friday (excluding holidays)

​​Cheques must be made out for the correct amount, change will not be given.

By mail

Detach the payment options slip from your invoice and send your cheque made payable to "Canterbury-Bankstown Council" to PO Box 8, Bankstown, NSW 1885, or pay at our Customer Service Centre. Please note that a receipt will not be issued for mail payments.​
