If required, download the Tree Map form below, and show the property address/s, draw all the site buildings, and show the location of the tree/s to be inspected. Trees are to be labelled T1, T2, etc. and listed in the table in PART 6. The trees must also be clearly indicated on site with tape or ribbon tied around the trunk, a paint spot on the trunk, or a numbered tag.
