Residents are being encouraged to have their say on the future use of the former Hurlstone Park Bowling Club and Memorial Park sites.
City of Canterbury Bankstown Mayor, Khal Asfour, said it was important all ideas are

Discussions on the future of the site will begin on Saturday when interested residents are
invited to provide their thoughts onsite (10 Marcia Street, Hurlstone Park) from 9am-noon.
For those who can’t make it, they are encouraged to complete an online survey at
haveyoursay.cbcity.nsw.gov.au or provide their ideas in an email firstname.lastname@example.org or letter to Council - City of Canterbury Bankstown, PO Box 8, Bankstown NSW 1885.
Submissions must be received by 5pm Monday 20 November.
“All ideas will be assessed and reported back to Council which will then make a final decision
on the site,” Mayor Asfour said.
