Fit & Strong
Enhance your strength, core and balance. Suitable for beginners or those returning after injury. Low intensity. 
Body Pump
Complete body workout using high repetition of light weights. Suitable for all fitness levels.

Body Step
Enjoy a full body, cardio workout using a height adjustable step with simple movements.
Tone & Core
A mix between light weight and core exercises (on and off the floor).Suitable for all fitness levels.

This class incorporates dynamic and gentle stretches, whilst encouraging abdominal strength. Low intensity.

Strengthen and tone abdominals, glutes and hamstrings. Improve balance, flexibility and reduce the risk of injury. Low intensity.
