CBfit Max Parker is located in the newly refurbished Functional Group Fitness room at Max Parker Leisure and Aquatic Centre, to the left of reception. Visit us on Marco Avenue, Revesby, and call 9771 2148.

CBFit classes

Aqua Power (45 mins)
Use aqua dumbbells and noodles to increase aerobic capacity and strength.

Pilates (60 mins)
Enhance your flexibility, strength, core and endurance. Bring your own mat. 
Cardio Boxing (60 mins)
Get your heart racing with Cardio Boxing. Gloves and focus pads are supplied, or bring your own.
Strength & Balance (45 mins)
Enjoy minimal impact with light cardio to boost strength, balance and mobility.
Cardio & Core (60 mins)
Try body weight and aerobic exercises, then finish on the mat strengthening your core.
Suspension Training (45 mins)
Engage your core and tone your body using suspension straps and body weight.
Functional Fit (45 mins)
Perform functional exercises in circuits, drawing on movements that simulate everyday tasks.

Yoga (60 mins)
Stretch, strengthen and calm your mind and body with yoga. Bring your own mat

HIIT (45 mins)
High Intensity Interval Training is designed to get your heart rate up with short rest intervals in-between.
