CBfit: small group training made fun

Small group training is a great way to maximise your results!
It is big enough to still have fun without compromising on quality... think group personal training for just a fraction of the price! 
Come and be part of the CBfit community, exercise with like-minded people and see the transformation in your mental health, energy levels and overall wellbeing.

Where is it?
CBfit Max Parker is located in the Functional Group Fitness room at Max Parker Leisure and Aquatic Centre, to the left of reception. Visit us on Marco Avenue, Revesby or call 9707 5500.

Prior to your first class
All participants will be required to complete a Pre-exercise Screening Form.
To save time, you can print this off and bring this along with you - Pre-Exercise Questionnaire
You will also be required to bring a towel along with you to all classes.

Our new 'All Access Membership' allows unlimited access to:

  • our pools - Birrong, Roselands and Max Parker Leisure & Aquatic Centres
  • group fitness classes - Birrong and Max Parker Leisure & Aquatic Centre
  • aqua aerobic classes - Birrong, Roselands and Max Parker Leisure & Aquatic Centres

For ONLY $35 per fortnight, direct debit!

That's $17.50 per week/ $2.5 per day... for all classes, pool use and the flexibility to chose your location!

Aqua Aerobic Changes - Friday 27 October
Aqua classes on Friday 27 October will be 7-8am & 8-9am.
There will not be a 9am class on this day.

Classes are 45 minutes in duration except express 30 classes which are 30 minutes in duration.

CBfit class descriptions

Aqua Power
Use aqua dumbbells and noodles to increase aerobic capacity and strength. Low impact and easy on the joints.

ABT  
A bodyweight and strength-based class focused in your Abs, butt and thighs. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Cardio Boxing
A cardio boxing workout using gloves and focus pads (supplied or bring your own).  Max 12 per class.
Strength & Balance
Enjoy minimal impact with light cardio to boost strength, balance and mobility. Low intensity.
HIIT & Core
Raise your heart rate with a mix of cardio and weight exercises, finishing on the mat with some core work.
Suspension Training
Engage your core and tone your body using suspension straps and body weight. Max 10 per class.
Functional Fit
Using body weight, slam balls, kettlebells, battle ropes and suspension trainers this class will get your whole body working.

Pilates
Enhance your flexibility, strength, core and endurance. Bring your own mat. Suitable for all fitness levels. Low intensity.

HIIT
High intensity interval class using functional equipment and bodyweight. Adaptable to your fitness level. Max 10 per  class.         

Yoga (Yin)
A meditation style yoga . A slower paced session focusing on deep connective tissues, increased flexibility and improved mobility. Low intensity.

Build strength and balance with the use of long holds, improving posture and breathing techniques. Low intensity.
