The 310-hectare precinct contributes about $1.8 billion a year to the NSW economy and supports 9000 jobs – about half of which are on-site across airside and landside operations. Aeria boasts a diverse economic ecosystem for more than 170 customers, across operations such as emergency services, flight charters, advanced manufacturing, logistics and distribution. The 24/7 precinct is the most centrally located aviation and industrial development of its scale in Greater Sydney, with unrivalled access to major infrastructure routes and a large local labour force.

Tips for the 14km race
  • Know the course: familiarize yourself with the route, including any technical sections or elevation changes.
  • Wear appropriate gear: choose running shoes with good grip and support. Opt for lightweight, moisture-wicking clothing suitable for the weather conditions.
  • Hydrate and fuel: stay hydrated before, during and after the race. Depending on the weather and your needs, carry a small water bottle or hydration pack. Bring energy gels or snacks if you like.
  • Pace yourself: start at a comfortable pace, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the terrain. It’s easy to get carried away at the start, so find a rhythm that you can maintain throughout the race.
  • Warm up and stretch: prepare your body with a proper warm-up and dynamic stretches to prevent injuries.

Have fun: embrace the challenge and enjoy the unique experience of racing through such a beautiful setting!
