Sefton Golf Course Health and safety notice

In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19)

To prevent the spread of COVID-19 and respect the health and wellbeing of others, we have implemented our COVIDSafe plan. Customers must comply with the plan and the following safety rules:

In Pro Shop:

• Use hand sanitiser when entering the Proshop;

• All participants must sign in using the QR Code for the Services NSW App

• Cashless payments are preferred;

• Keep 1.5m distance between others at all times;

• Pull buggies are available for hire – golf carts are also available (conditions apply- see below). Golf carts should be booked in advance to confirm availability.

On Golf Course:

• Keep 1.5m distance between others at all times;

• Use your own equipment - every player MUST have their own bag and clubs;

• Sand buckets are not in use, Council staff will repair divots on course;

• Do not handle flag sticks at any time;

• No rakes in bunkers at any time;

• No sand buckets at any  time;

• Congregation before and after games must be in line with Physical distancing requirements.

Use of Golf Carts

Face masks are optional in the event that two people sit in the golf cart during their round of golf 

Dress Code

Shirts: 

  • Shirts with sleeves must be worn at all times
  • No singlets, muscle tees or tank tops
Pants:
  • Shorts, jeans, trousers or skorts are acceptable
  • No ripped or torn items of clothing
Footwear:
  • Participants must have covered footwear with flat soles
  • No soccer/football boots
  • No steel capped or work boots
  • No thongs/flip flops or sandals

General Health And Safety

Continue to practice good hygiene at all times.

Customers who fail to comply with these safety rules, will be required to leave immediately, and will forfeit their green fees.

Sefton Golf Course is proudly owned and operated by Canterbury Bankstown Council. Set in a beautiful leafy location, the Sefton Golf Course is a hidden gem. Come and join us today and tune up your short game with 9 or 18 holes! We're open everyday except Christmas Day and Good Friday, the course provides an enjoyable golfing experience for all types of golfers.

  • Tees and greens are couch and bent grasses; 
  • Shortest hole is 16th at 102 metres;
  • Longest hole is 1st at 189 metres; 
  • Merchandise shop; 
  • Kiosk for snacks and refreshments; and 
  • Barbecue facilities.

TWILIGHT GOLF (everyday)

  • $17.00
  • Summer hours: 2-6pm
  • Winter hours: 1-5pm
  • There is no Twilight Golf on public holidays

CART HIRE

  • Adult 18 Holes - $42.00
  • Adult 9 Holes - $27.50
  • Pensioner - $27.00
  • Upgrade from 9 to 18 - $16.50

BUGGY HIRE

Opening hours

  • 6.00am to 6.00pm (Summer)
  • 6.00am to 5.00pm (Winter, as of 1 May)
  • CLOSED on Christmas Day
  • Sunrise to 12pm on Boxing Day
